The LCB Association of Cricket Officials is pleased to take part in the ECB Scorer Initiative programme.
The main reason for the initiative is to identify scorers and grade the scorer at an appropriate level without taking an examination
by assessing their scorebooks and knowledge of the applicant with a short appraisal.
Any scorer wishing to take part in this initiative should complete the
ECB ACO Scorer Accreditation Application From and return as directed to our County Scorer’s Officer, Karen Knott
For existing members of ECB ACO this assessment is free. Please ensure your current ACO Membership Number is written on the form
For any non member, the cost of the assessment is £30 which will include free membership of ACO until December 2012. Non members should also
complete the ECB ACO Membership Application and Direct Debit
Mandate Form and send that form to the ECB offices at Edgbaston as shown on the form. When completing the membership form, where it asks
you for venue, please insert ‘Scorer Initiative’. Do not send any money with the application form. This will be collected at your assessment.
This fee will cover the costs to the County ACO in arranging the assessments and any venue assessor costs.
Any requests to join this initiative should be received no later than March 31st 2012. However the more requests we receive early, the
sooner we can make arrangements during the winter months for assessments. If you require further information then please me at
